Extra charge will be added to the above room rates during certain peak seasons of the year:
Spring & Summer

Extra fee for single room: 3,000 yen a day
Winter
February 1st - March 10th
Extra fee for single room: 5,000 yen a day
*We only accept a half-board meal plan in high season interval
OTHERS
- For winter season (October to April), ¥500 will be added as heating cost.
- For low season from March 11th to April 28th, we only accept BB (bed and breakfast, no dinner) and room without meals plan
- We will be closed for the winter holidays from November 1st to 30th
