PEAK SEASON RATES
Extra charge will be added to the above room rates during certain peak seasons of the year:

Spring & Summer
April 29th - May 8th, June 1st - September 20th
Extra fee for single room: 3,000 yen a day

Winter
February 1st - March 10th
Extra fee for single room: 5,000 yen a day
*We only accept a half-board meal plan in high season interval

OTHERS
- For winter season (October to April), ¥500 will be added as heating cost.
- For low season from March 11th to April 28th, we only accept BB (bed and breakfast, no dinner) and room without meals plan
- We will be closed for the winter holidays from November 1st to 30th
* [Child] 3 years – 12 years : 50% of the room cost　
* [Infant] under 3 years (with no extra bed]) : Free of charge

Terms & Conditions

Shiretoko Serai

There are total 10 western style rooms.
Though our property is different from Japanese style Ryokan or big hotels with many rooms, we have set best shared spaces inside the hotel, allowing travelers from all over the world to interact with each other and make the best of their time at Rausu.

Reception

- Opening time ： 7AM - 8PM
- Check-in time ： 3PM - 8PM
- Check-out time： 7AM - 10AM
* if you do not show up till 10PM, it will be considered as no-show (same day cancellation).
* if you like to check-out before 7AM, please inform at the time of check-in.

Payment

* Payments are accepted either in Cash [Japanese Yen] or Credit Cards [Japanese Yen]
* Only VISA/MASTER/GINREN Cards are accepted

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation charges will be applicable from 6 days prior to the day of accommodation.
6 to 1 day prior to the date of arrival : 50% of total stay.
cancellation received on the day of arrival : 100% of total stay
* If you do not show up on the day of accommodation, there will not be any refund.
* Cancellation will be accepted only by Email.
* Emails received before 7AM or after 8PM(Japanese time zone) will be considered as the following day's cancellation.

Group booking

If more than 5 rooms are used at once, it will be handled as a group, irrespective to the number of people. If you are a group, an advanced payment is required. We will guide you on how to make the payment.

Parking

We have limited parking spaces at our site.
If you need parking space, please inform in advance.

Smoking

All the rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Please smoke at designated places only.
